User Identity
& Admission
1.1 Legal Capacity: By accessing the Avantgarde software infrastructure, the User declares absolute legal maturity. We utilize automated verification nodes to scan for underage participation. Any breach of age protocols results in immediate asset liquidation and permanent hardware blacklisting.
1.2 Single Account Covenant: The Company operates a proprietary ‘Identity Mesh’ system. Each player is limited to one (1) unique profile. Our algorithm tracks MAC addresses, IMEI numbers, and browser canvas fingerprinting. Detected ‘Ghost Accounts’ or duplicates will be collapsed into a single entity, and all fraudulent winnings will be reclaimed by the Company.
1.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions: Access from the USA, UK, France, Netherlands, and North Korea is strictly prohibited. The User acknowledges that using a VPN to spoof geographical location is a direct violation of international gaming licenses and will result in a total payout block.
1.4 Account Integrity: Users are forbidden from selling, trading, or transferring accounts to third parties. Any change in beneficial ownership must be reported and re-verified through our Compliance Department.
02. Financial Architecture
10X LIMITATION
For deposits below $249, the maximum cashout is capped at 10x the deposit amount. Excess funds are purged upon audit.
AML ROLLOVER
Every deposit must be wagered 1x (slots) before a withdrawal request can be initialized. No exceptions.
KYC LATENCY
First-time withdrawals require a 72-hour security clearance for document verification and RNG audit.
2.1 Payment Channels: We only accept funds from accounts/cards registered in the User’s legal name. Use of corporate cards or third-party e-wallets is grounds for immediate refund and account suspension.
2.2 Withdrawal Thresholds: The standard weekly withdrawal limit is $2,000, and the monthly limit is $8,000. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from these limits and are paid out according to the software provider’s schedule.
2.3 Audit Procedures: All withdrawal requests undergo a two-stage audit: (a) Technical check for game integrity; (b) Financial check for AML compliance. If irregular patterns (e.g., martingale abuse on table games) are found, the Company reserves the right to freeze the payout.
2.4 Crypto-Settlements: For Bitcoin/Tether transactions, the exchange rate is locked at the moment of approval, not at the moment of request. Users must ensure wallet compatibility before initiating a transfer.
03. Bonus Governance
Bonus funds are a privilege, not a right. The following protocols are strictly enforced by our real-time Game Engine.
The $10 Max Bet Rule
During active wagering, any single bet exceeding $10.00 will trigger a “Bonus Breach” alert. This results in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings. This includes “Double-Up” features.
Playthrough Algorithm
The standard multiplier is 35x (Deposit + Bonus). Slot machines contribute 100% towards this, while table games like Blackjack and Baccarat contribute 0%.
No-Deposit Limits
Free Spins and No-Deposit Bonuses are capped at $100.00 maximum cashout. A $25 verification deposit is mandatory to bridge the financial gateway for withdrawal.
Bonus Hunting
Delaying any game round until after wagering requirements are met is considered fraud. All “saved” rounds will be voided during the audit phase.
04. Regulatory Compliance
4.1 Anti-Fraud Systems: Avantgarde uses an Advanced Fraud Detection System (AFDS) that monitors 200+ data points per second. Any account flagged for ‘irregular betting’ will be temporarily locked for manual review.
4.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are only possible if the deposit was not played. A refund request must be made within 24 hours. A fixed 10% administrative fee is applied to all refund transactions.
4.3 Dispute Resolution: In case of game malfunction, the server logs are the final authority. If a User wishes to dispute a result, they must submit a ‘Dispute Ticket’ within 7 days of the session.
4.4 Account Dormancy: Inactive accounts (180 days) incur a $5 monthly fee. If the balance is zero, the account will be archived but can be restored upon request.
